Recently we told you about Demi Lovato’s upcoming album plans and how she’s getting ready to release her first single. Now we have a source that recently listed two song titles that might end up on Demi’s third album.

Disney Info Net uncovered the discography of a songwriter named Priscilla Renea and it features two songs including “Fix A Heart” and “Yes I Am” that are listed by Demi Lovato’s upcoming album. This is by no mean any verification of what we can expect from her currently untitled album and unless we hear it from Demi herself, we should file this under speculation or rumors.

As I have mentioned before in a previous article, this album has Demi’s fans anticipating about what’s next because nobody knows all the details about it. I’m really hoping that there will be a mix of edgy rock songs with low-key ballads and a few fun dance songs in there because variety is the spice of life! Her last album featured a song called “Here We Go Again” and that reached to #15 on the Billboard charts. I’m hoping that her next album has more chart toppers. Some great news on the Selena Gomez front.

A source close to the Disney superstar tells E! News the pop princess was “in and out” of a Los Angeles-area hospital over the weekend for tests and checkups, but is doing much better since falling ill and seeking emergency medical attention after last Thursday’s Tonight Show appearance.

“She spent the weekend resting and feels stronger,” the insider tells us. “No more nausea or dizziness.”

The 18-year-old Gomez apparently suffered from a nasty combination of exhaustion and food poisoning, and her condition was worrisome enough that boyfriend Justin Bieber skipped Friday night’s Stanley Cup Finals featuring his hometown team, the Vancouver Canucks.

A rep for the Disney star said that Gomez and her band, The Scene, will go ahead with an afternoon performance today at a mall in Santa Monica as scheduled.

UPDATED at 11:53 a.m.: Selena just took to Twitter to provide an update on her condition:

“Feeling much better, thank you all for being so understanding. Can’t wait to see you all today at Santa Monica.

Zac Efron hasn’t made a secret of his toned body, but the heartthrob took six-pack abs to a whole new level while preparing to play a marine in an upcoming flick – and put them on display while out and about in California recently.

“Zac put on 18 lbs. for his role in The Lucky One,” says a source. “Since then, he’s lost weight but he’s keeping up a fitness routine.”

Efron, who bulked up with the help of trainer Logan Hood, kept his diet in check by following healthy eating tips from nutritionist David Allan. Also a factor in his toned physique: During mealtimes the actor, 23, turned to Z.E.N. Foods, an L.A.-based meal delivery service.

“He loves being outdoors, hiking and exercising outside,” adds the source. “He’s always been in shape.”

Demi Lovato is starting the next phase of her life. The actress, 18, finished her prescribed treatment at a facility and is back home in L.A., a source close to Lovato tells PEOPLE.

“She will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment,” source says. “For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.”

While her future professional plans remain unclear,

“Demi will continue to focus first and foremost on her well-being.”
